Odinga Fitness accepts payments through Venmo (@Kathleen-Odinga) and personal checks. If you prefer to use a personal check, please notify us so we can provide you with the necessary mailing address for payment.
To cancel a session without charge, we require at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us the opportunity to offer the slot to another client. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a charge for the session, as the late notice does not allow us to reallocate the time slot.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice. This policy is in place because the late cancellation does not provide us with enough time to fill the vacated slot with another client. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
